It's the Upper East side's version of a Keith McNally bistro... and started off with quite the hub-bub based on their "Beer Sommelier," and how he'd pair exquisite and rare brew with rustic and hearty Alsatian fare.
In our opinion, the food's overshadowed the 100+ varieties of beer, but both mix to make a place a slightly drunken, perfectly delicious addition to this stretch of upper east 2nd Ave.
Just stick to the Alsatian end of the menu, and with beer in hand, slathered marrow on toast and two sausages (already) in your gut, you'll be smiling at us...
